Impeccable by Meredith Park is a full service interior design firm focused on residential design. Our mission is to design and build spaces that function impeccably and are exquisitely styled to suit our clients. Project Start-Up
During this phase, we will meet with you to define the scope of work and guide you through a thorough homework process to understand your style preferences and functional requirements.

Design
After a detailed measure of your space, we begin by creating current state drawings. Utilizing your style profile and understanding of your functional needs, we proceed to design your space, developing future state drawings and a vision of the desired style aesthetic. This phase culminates in a design presentation meeting to present you with various design options and provides an overview of the overall ‘look’.

Budgeting
During this phase we coordinate with our contractor team and trade partners to get a sense of the cost of the project. We strive to provide clients with realistic project budgets based on materials, labor and furnishings choices that fit the design and your style. The outcome is a solid project budget, which is presented to you for approval. Once the budget is approved, we dive into material selection.

Material Selection
We curate and present to you material “stories”, including options for tile, cabinets, countertops, fabric, and furnishings, to achieve a cohesive look. Our carefully chosen material vendors ensure that the proposed options meet the highest quality standards for your project. Once all selections are approved, we procure the chosen materials and coordinate with contractors or installers to set the schedule for the project management phase.

Project Management
Our team is responsible for monitoring ongoing project progress and construction to ensure key design elements are installed correctly. We work with our own vetted construction crew to bring the project to life: Consider us your General Contractor of Design! We also track and monitor the budget throughout, providing updates as we progress through implementation. Our goal is to minimize disruption to you and ensure a smooth implementation of the design.

Project Wrap-Up
When the build and installations are complete we work on adding the finishing touches. Here is where we style your home with art, accents, and all the details that make the space impeccable. When we are done the vision will be reality and you can fully enjoy your new spaces! Lastly, we photograph the space for our portfolio.
